Dr. Md Muzammel Hossain
Postdoctoral fellow, Jiangsu University, China As a researcher, Dr. Hossain is a biologist with expertise in ecotoxicology. He performed research on chemical ecology including wildlife ecology, water pollution, bioaccumulation, remediation, stress, risk assessment, antioxidant, biochemical assay, physiology, acute and chronic toxicity, transcription, gene expression and environmental resources. In 2021, as a CSC scholar he received a Ph.D. degree from College of resources and environment, Huazhong Agricultural University, China. His PhD research work focused on ecotoxicology and silicone stress. As a graduate research assistant he was affiliated with the Mike Tu Lab to work on ecotoxicology for crayfish and rice, and published high quality research paper in international Journal. Previously he did BSc and MSc from Jagannath University. During MSc research program successfully completed research project on biodiversity and human health risk assessment from heavy metal concentration in shellfish and fish.
